Mr. Morrow will serve as a US Space Force Subject Matter Professional.  His career has cumulated over 24 year of experience working in the space domain of Air Force operations. As a graduate and instructor of the Space Weapons Instructor Course at the USAF Weapons School,  Mr. Morrow has become an expert in all components of space operations. Mr. Morrow has held leadership positions throughout ACC, AFSPC, PACAF and the Space Force in the areas of Test and Evaluation, Satellite Navigation & Timing, Training & Education, Space Control & Electronic Warfare, Missile Warning/Defense, and Command & Control (C2).  Mr. Morrow’s experience in leading multiple organizations across the gamut of military organizations with vast cultural differences provides him the rare background and expertise to design the organization for mission effectiveness and integration between the different Delta mission sets. Mr. Morrow has a deep understand of how the mission and operations of each of these Deltas coordinate and work with each other to meet their mission objectives, providing him insight on the best cross-Space Delta structure needed to support Space Operations.
