Included are mergers and acquisitions in the defense sector. 12 years active duty along with 10 in the reserves managing the space surveillance network. Tony’s track record includes:
- Midwest Microelectornics Consortium – started not for profit and currently executing CHIPS Act $2B for onshoring and instigating semiconductor development and fabrication for warfighter domains
- Attollo Engineering – 5 people and $1.5M to 53 and $23M respectively – company acquisition imminent
- IRCameras/SBIR – from 3 employees and $600K to 15 and $20M
- Nova Sensors – 4 people and $1M to 17 people and $16M – company sold
- ISR/Spraycool – 11 people and $1.5M to 300 and $45M – company sold
- 22 yr Air Force – classified and unclassified operations and program acquisitions
