Rob Frey is a Space Industry Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the development and execution of government products and services including DoD/IC satellite, commercial satellite, and hosting payload acquisitions.

He is a retired military officer with 35-years of acquisition experience in the space community dealing with space control, satellite command and control, missile warning/defense, early on-orbit testing, and satellite operations. Rob also has a very strong background in DoD Budget resource management, and space/ground system acquisitions. As a SME in the DoD and NRO acquisition processes, he provides tailored consulting uniquely suited to client goals and objectives for small to large companies for competitive program bids, contract awards, and execution. His services are centered on advancing your competitive intelligence advantage in the area of government satellite programs for communication, satellite ISR payloads and related DoD/IC mission sets across the Department of the Air Force (USAF), Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), the Missile Defense Agency (MDA), and the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO).

Furthermore, Rob started his company, Strategic Competitive Intelligence (Sci) LLC., in 2023 as the owner and Chief Executive Officer to support classified and unclassified Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community space/ground acquisition program pursuits.
