Space Professional with 40 years of operational experience in Space and Satellite Communications (SATCOM) Operations, Cyberspace Operations, and Space Threat Strategy functional areas. Retired as a Department of Army Civilian with 34 years – extensive professional experience in leadership, operational support from the strategic to tactical levels, space architectures, and international negotiations and support. Recognized subject matter expert within the United States Department of Defense (DoD) for SATCOM planning and operations in a Contested, Degraded, and Operationally Limited (CDOL) environment. Most recently, supporting requirements definition and acquisition efforts for Australian Defence Satellite Communications System (Project 9102).
