Politically astute, he agilely navigates The Pentagon, National Guard, Congress, Fed agencies, Corporate America, and international governments and companies building strong senior executive relationships, strategies and plans to drive progress. A corporate savant, Mr Spencer brought together cross company silos in a Fortune 13 company to innovatively drive solutions, the market and government. With an intimate understanding of businesses of all sizes, he forged industry leading alliances to bring world class talent to solving problems. Mr Spencer has globally delivered mission capabilities and negotiated with host nation governments and international companies. He has also led military coalition and international communications and cyber forces in numerous theater operations. Mr Spencer has been selected for the Air Force Cyberspace Hall of Fame, a highly selective honor reflecting lifelong lasting contributions to the Department of the Air Force Cyber mission and community.

Mr Spencer is the President and CEO of Connecting Domains, LLC, a consultancy that leverages his military and commercial expertise connecting data, people, processes, and technology across terrestrial, sea, air, space, and cyber, wired and wirelessly for both fixed and mobility operations globally.
