Ken Bowling is a distinguished program management and business development professional with over three decades of experience. A retired Colonel, Kenneth has excelled in advanced technology, research and development, and strategic planning, particularly within the Department of Defense (DoD) and private sectors. He has led proposal development, integration, and testing evaluations, providing strategic insights to senior U.S. Government leaders. His expertise includes Satellite and Payload R&D, Space Situational Awareness, Space Weather, Space-based Communications, PNT strategies and Offensive Cyber Security. Ken’s strong track record in supporting DoD organizations and managing multi-million-dollar projects is complemented by his exceptional writing skills. As General Lester Lyles’ speechwriter and with two master’s degrees, he is able to communicate complex ideas impeccably. With 25 years of leadership and program management expertise, Ken commanded units at both Group and Squadron levels, including in combat zones. His leadership has been instrumental in aligning C-level executives’ visions, supporting customer investment planning, and advising on Space technology. Ken’s strategic insights continue to influence key decisions within the defense and technology sectors.
