Jim Sullivan

Jim Sullivan is a C-Suite Executive and Board Director driving accelerated growth, profitability and ROI to increase valuations on behalf of private equity and venture capital portfolio companies, public companies and early-stage businesses. He is a trusted advisor to Boards of Directors and CEOs on business strategy and improving financial and operational performance.

With expertise in building infrastructure, scaling operations, and leading business transformations and restructurings, Jim has worked across healthcare, aerospace/defense, communications, technology, media, social networking, business and consumer services, as well as real estate services. He has strong M&A experience including identifying and leading strategic acquisitions, divestitures, expansion/consolidation opportunities, and capital markets.

An experienced board director, Jim has also recruited and established independent boards of directors and served as a board designee. He is currently a Finance Committee Member of the Board of Directors for the Children’s Learning Centers of Fairfield County. Previously, he served on the Board of FriendFinder Networks Inc., a global specialty media, technology, and social networking company where he advised on strategy and growth planning until its sale in 2021, the Board of Advisors of Point Pickup Technologies, a delivery solutions technology platform, and The Executive Forum.
