Dennis has 30+ years experience focused on delivering and operating National Security Space missions, as well as delivering tactical intelligence solutions and systems directly to end users and deployed forces. He serves as an Independent Consultant, Subject Matter Expert, across the space community. His expertise includes Government acquisition, space mission operations, program management, strategic planning and solutioning, growth planning and proposal development, client relations, executive management as a Profit/Loss leader, business planning/execution and overall Space market awareness.

From 2022 to 2025 he served as Vice President of Mission Systems Development within Peraton’s Space and Intelligence Sector. Dennis led a team of 220+ employees with responsibility for delivering end-to-end space ground systems. This included mission specific data processing/mission planning solutions, operator/analyst tools, integration across new and legacy systems/technologies, sustainment, ops support and fully automated (licensed) Telemetry, Tracking and Commanding (TT&C) software.

From 2017 to 2021, Dennis worked at CACI where he served as the Technical Director, Operations Director, and eventually the Executive Vice President of the Advanced Solutions Group within CACI’s National Security and Innovative Solutions Sector. He led a portfolio of CACI programs providing electronic warfare, counter-UAS, space communications, and intelligence solutions serving customers from the intelligence community, the Department of Defense, and civilian agencies. This work specifically focused on end-to-end space system solutions, space and launch infrastructure sustainment and operational support, specialized mission expertise, collection/mission management, mission processing, rapid prototyping, agile development, threat detection/mitigation, data fusion, RF/Signal exploitation, activity-based intelligence solutions, data visualization tools, and analytics.

Prior to joining CACI and upon his retirement from the U.S. Air Force, Dennis worked at Radiant Blue Technologies where he led several programs within the classified government community.

Dennis served 20 years active duty in the United States Air Force, delivering and operating National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) and Air Force satellites, launch vehicles (Titan II, Titan IV, and EELV), and ground systems for the Air Force and the National Intelligence Community. He served as Director of the Integrated System Program Office, a joint NRO and National Geo-Spatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) system program office responsible for delivering both real-time and off-time OPIR ground system solutions to both DoD and national users. He also served as a Program Manager for an ACAT 1 satellite development program and in numerous other acquisition and operational assignments. At Headquarters Air Force and Headquarters NRO, he led teams that built and coordinated budgets and managed strategic communications/engagements for numerous programs within the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), and Director of National Intelligence (DNI), the United States Congress, and the media.

Dennis earned his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in economics from the United States Air Force Academy, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from California State University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
