Major General (Ret) Charles “Corky” Corcoran is an Independent Consultant on National Security, Defense, Leadership, and Innovation. He also serves as a Board member at the non-profit Missile Defense Advocacy Alliance (MDAA) and as a Senior Fellow at the Mitchell Institute for Air and Space Studies.

Corky served over 31 years in the United States Air Force (USAF), culminating his career as Assistant Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations at USAF Headquarters (HQ) in Washington D.C.
