Will O’Neill

Dr. O’Neill is a retired Intelligence Community Senior Executive and a retired U.S. Army Brigadier General with leadership experience in national security, ground operations, defense acquisitions, space systems, and interagency collaboration across the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), and Federal Government. Will retired from the U.S. Army having deployed in support of multiple operations culminating as a Deputy Commanding General – Maneuver for an Infantry Division in South Asia.

Upon retirement from the U.S. Army, Will joined the Federal Government serving as the Director of IC Acquisitions, Director of IC Requirements, Office of the Director of National Intelligence Deputy Chief Information Officer, Director of Communications, Special Communications, and Launch, and Principal Deputy National Reconnaissance Office Infrastructure Support Program.

His extensive experience across the industrial base, launch sites, ground stations, and military facilities in six Combatant Commands provide him a unique enterprise view in surface, subsurface, and space programs as well as an understanding of DOD and IC integration requirements and capabilities.
