Tyler Van Zandt

Tyler Van Zandt is a senior program and operations leader with more than 18 years of experience delivering complex, mission-critical initiatives across federal, defense, and private-sector environments. He has led multimillion-dollar portfolios, coordinated geographically distributed teams, and partnered with government stakeholders to execute programs in highly regulated settings. Known for his disciplined approach to planning, risk management, and execution, Tyler consistently brings structure and momentum to challenging, high-stakes efforts. 

In addition to his civilian leadership roles, Tyler serves as a Civil Affairs officer in the U.S. Army, where he supports joint and interagency operations and advises senior leaders on planning and coordination in dynamic environments. He is recognized for his ability to build trust, lead diverse teams, and maintain performance under pressure. 

Tyler is also a business owner, bringing an entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on leadership style that emphasizes accountability, customer focus, and practical results. 

He has been married to his wife for 18 years, and together they are raising their three daughters—Caroline (14), Emma (12), and Grace (10).
