Retired United States Air Force general officer with 32 years of military experience and extensive executive-level leadership and management in multiple facets of Strategy, Organizational Planning, Information Technology and Government Services. More than twenty years leading organizations responsible for aircraft operations, foreign military sales and security assistance, installation support and resource management. Most recent position was Deputy Commander, Pacific Air Forces with responsibility for 51 percent of the globe and supporting 46,000 Airmen in Japan, Korea, Hawaii, Alaska, and Guam along with personnel deployed around the world. Two-time commander with final decision authority related to all plans, policy, resource management, budget execution and personnel support.
